Warm Welcomes Foster Care Outreach is a volunteer organization which directly impacts children in foster care and their families by offering necessity items as well as enrichment opportunities to help children become more fully integrated into their communities. Warm Welcomes Foster Care Outreach seeks to promote a lasting sense of self-worth and healing for youth in foster care.

Connecting community members with kids in foster care. We need people like you to use their small and big talents to help us do extraordinary things. Kids in your community are walking up to the front doors of new homes with all their belongings in a garbage bag, it doesn't have to be that way. Everyone has something to give!
